Ports
The number of ports in the group in service at the end of the half hour interval. 
Derived from: Trunk_Group_Half_Hour.TrunksInService
% Busy
The percentage of time that the trunk groups in service were in use in the half hour 
interval (for Inbound only). 
Derived from: Trunk_Group_Half_Hour.InUseInboundTimeToHalf / 
Trunk_Group_Half_Hour.InServiceTimeToHalf 
All Ports Busy
The total time, in HH:MM:SS (hours, minutes, seconds), in the half hour interval, that 
all ports in the group were busy. 
Derived from: Trunk_Group_Half_Hour.AllTrunksBusyToHalf
Group Summary
Summary of each field for each IVR Port for each interval.
Report Summary
Summary of all fields for all IVR Ports.
