Setting Up AMQP in Cisco Process Orchestrator

Enter the AMQP port type (or leave the default setting of 5672 for TCP and 5671 for SSL).

Select the appropriate AMQP public key or add a new one.

Select the AMQP Secure String Format. Your options are:
Bytes
JSON
XML

Select the AMQP Server Down Notification.

Click Update.

Then click Test AMQP Connection to verify an active connection to the AMQP server.
Deleting Unused AMQP Exchanges
1.
Start your browser and sign in to Prime Service Catalog as an Administrator.
2.
Go to the Administration section, via the Prime Service Catalog menu.
3.
Select the Utilities tab from the horizontal menu.
4.
From the horizontal sub-menu, select AMQP Topics. This is where your AMQP Exchanges are listed. From here, you 
can delete unused Exchanges, as needed.
Note
: This removes the Exchanges from Cisco Prime Service Catalog only. You still need to remove the unused 
Exchange from RabbitMQ directly.

Managing the Cisco Prime Service Catalog Adapter
The Cisco Prime Service Catalog Adapter is configured and ready to use as shipped. However, if you want to review the 
setup or make changes, this is how:
1.
Launch Process Orchestrator and sign in.
2.
Navigate to the Administration section.
3.
Select Adapters.
4.
Select the Cisco Prime Service Catalog Adapter and right-click.

Select Properties.
5.
Navigate to the Service Request Parsing Rules tab.
6.
Review the details and make any changes as needed. This is where the decision making logic is stored.
7.
Click OK.
