Remove the check from the Enable Legacy Audio box. If your site security policies requires that your
ICA client connection be secure, check on the SSL and TLS Protocols check box (see the Citrix
MetaFrame Presentation Server Administrator’s Guide). Ensure that the Printing check box is checked.
