Note: Uninstalling the Support Tools 2.1 Node is an optional procedure. To uninstall the Support
Tools 2.1 Node:

1. Log onto your system as a user with administrative privileges.

2. Select Start > Settings > Control Panel. The Control Panel dialog box appears.

3. Double-click the Add or Remove Programs icon. The Add or Remove Programs dialog

box appears.

4. Select the Cisco Support Tools 2.1 Node entry.

5. Click Change/Remove.

6. The InstallShield Wizard opens briefly displaying the Preparing Setup dialog box.

7. A Question dialog box opens and asks if you wish to proceed.

8. Select Yes if you wish to continue with the uninstall process.

9. At this point, the uninstall process starts uninstalling the Cisco Support Tools 2.1 Node

application.

10. Click Finish when the Maintenance Complete dialog box appears.

11. The Cisco Support Tools 2.1 Node has been uninstalled, and you are now returned to the

Add or Remove Programs utility.
