Settings
Your phone and TTY device will connect via a 
special cable that plugs into your phone’s headset 
jack. If this cable was not provided with your TTY 
device, contact your TTY device manufacturer to 
purchase the connector cable. 
1.  From a Home screen, tap 
Apps > 
Settings > My device tab > Call > TTY mode. 
2.  Tap TTY Full, TTY HCO, or TTY VCO to activate 
the mode. Tap TTY Off to turn off this feature. 
Hearing Aids 
This option allows you to turn on Hearing aid 
compatibility on your device. 
►  From a Home screen, tap 
Apps > 
Settings > My device tab > Call >
Hearing aids to enable the Hearing aid
compatibility feature.
