Make selections on the screen and click Next.

The next screen appears.

Make selections on the screen and click Next. 

The final screen appears.

Make a selection on the final screen and click Finish.

Place your mouse pointer over the application button and click 
your right mouse button.

Choose Delete [application name] in the menu that appears.

The application button disappears from the toolbar.

Select the specific 
files types that the 
application can 
open. This list is 
based on the 
document types 
you selected in 
the previous 
screen.

Select the file 
type you want to 
convert 
documents to if 
the application 
cannot open 
them as is.
