at your disposal. To counteract this 
situation, you have to turn the 
knob in the opposite direction to 
adjust the physical knob position 
so that it is equivalent to the 
actual parameter value. In RELA-
TIVE Mode, the triangle to the 
right of the number indicates if the 
VALUE knob coincides with the 
parameter value (≤) or not (Ω).

When a menu is active, different 
display options are available for 
parameters with a dedicated knob. 
These can be selected under the 
menu item KNOB DISPLAY in the 
CTRL menu:

 

OFF    Knob movements are not 

displayed; the current contents of 
the display remain intact when 
you turn a knob.

 

ON    The lower row of the dis-

play is being overwritten by the 
parameter's value. 

 

SHORT    When you turn a knob, 

the current contents  of the lower 
display line are briefly overwritten 
by data representing the change in 
parameter value; once the action is 
completed, the original contents 
reappear in the lower display line.

 

LONG    Same as SHORT, except 

that - you guessed it - the display 
shows the knob data for a longer 
period of time.
