License Manager
Allows for management of user card licenses.

List of currently active card licenses. Existing licenses can be inspected, renewed,
and deleted using the <Open>, <Renew>, and <Delete> tabs respectively. The

Name — A unique name that identifies a particular license.

Service Provider — The service provider for which this license is valid.

Max. Licenses — The maximum number of users who can be provisioned into
