Job Accounting File Record Description

The Job ID field is the document’s 
number. The number sequence 
restarts whenever the printer is 
turned off and on again.

This is the sixth

This field is the document’s 
internally assigned priority.

Priority 1, the 
highest, has 
been assigned 
to this job

This field indicates the time a 
document arrived in the printer by 
hour, minute, and second.

Printer received 
job at 8:05:52

This field indicates the date a 
document arrived in the printer.

3: { 7/ 7/1998}

Printer received 
job on July 7,

This field is the document’s
