Service Parts History
1. Service Information F1-T01-0L6-10005-01
With regard to the LCD for the control panel and the controller mount PCB, we provided information that both
old and new types were in stock at the parts center. Because there is no compatibility between them.
2. Service Information F1-T01-0L6-10013-01
After that, we did not have old type of LCDs for control panel in storage any more, so we provided information
about service work.
3. We will not have old type of control panels in storage this time, so we provide information about service work
again.
Points to Note for Service work:
We store only new type of LCDs and controller mount PCBs as service parts.
1. When replacing an old type of LCD with a new type, also replace a controller mount PCB with a new type at
the same time.
2. When replacing an old type of controller mount PCB with a new type, also replace a LCD with a new type at
the same time.
<How to identify the type>
A new type of controller mount PCB has a label with a part number indicating a new type (FM5-5278/FM5-
5279).
