Summary of Lists and Reports

The table below shows the lists and reports that can be printed from your copier/fax.
Refer to the pages indicated for more details.

User’s Data List

Lists the current settings of your copier/fax

and the registered sender information.

Activity Report

Shows recent facsimile transactions performed

by your copier/fax.

Prints automatically after every 20 transactions.
You can enable or disable automatic printing
of this report. You can also manually set the
copier/fax to print it.

Transmission (TX) Report

Prints after transmission of a document. You 

can enable or disable this feature, or set the 

copier/fax to print a report only when an 
error occurs.
You can also set the to print the 
first page of the document below the 
transmission report to remind you of the 
contents of the document.

Reception (RX) Report

Prints after reception of a document. You 

can enable or disable this feature, or set the 

copier/fax to print a report only when an 
error occurs.

Multi-Transaction (TX/RX)

Prints after sequential broadcasting of a 

Report

document.

Doc. Memory List

Lists the documents currently stored in the 

copier/fax’s memory.

Memory Clear Report

Prints automatically when power is restored

to the copier/fax after a power failure. Lists 
the documents deleted from memory.

1-Touch Spd Dial List

Lists the numbers and names registered

under one-touch speed dialing buttons.

Coded Speed Dial List

Lists the numbers and names registered 

under coded speed dialing codes.

Group Dial List

Lists groups registered under one-touch speed 

dialing buttons and coded speed dialing codes.
