I want to change the resolution of my display
To change the resolution of your display, proceed as follows:

From the Start menu, select Control Panel.

Click Appearance and Themes, then Display.
The Display Properties dialog box appears.

Select the Settings tab.

Move the Screen resolution slider to change the resolution.
