DOLBY PRO LOGIC
DOLBY PRO LOGIC is developed for better scene sensation of 
signal sources coded by Dolby surround. The location sensation 
is improved by addition of a center and surround channel.
The software coded by Dolby surround is provided with the 
identification tag (DVD, CD, VCD, LCD and video cassette).
Press [SURROUND] to 
select  DOLBY PL .
The unit plays the signal source coded by Dolby 
surround
To cancel it
Press [SURROUND ] select  SRND OFF .
Note
When the unit plays the DVD recorded by DTS, you should close 
the function of DolbyLogic. If the function is enabled, the surround 
effect cannot be properly reproduced.
Note
When the  S.SRND  in the display of the main unit is on , you 
may adjust Sch. 
Volume control of speaker
When you enjoy a certain signal source, please adjust and align the 
speaker levels if you feel an appearance of nonconformity.
SUPER SURROUND SOUND 
Auditory sensation is improved by enhancement of stereo 
surround effect.
Press [SURROUND] to Select  S.SRND .
  
Adjust the volume of surround speakers to get optimal surround 
  effect.
   (See  Volume control of Speaker at right side)
Note
  When the unit plays the DVD recorded by Dolby Digital or DTS, 
  you should close the function of super surround. If the function is 
  in operation, the surround effect cannot be properly reproduced.
Sound field/Sound quality

When you enjoy a singnal source in double channel , press 
[SURROUND], Each time when you press, the screen on the main 
unit will display by the following order:        
        
        SRND  OFF (SURROUND  OFF )
             
        DOLBY  PL  ( DOLBY PRO LOGIC)
            
        S.SRND       (SUPER SURROUND SOUND)

Preparations
Press [SELECTOR] to select  DVD/CD .   Press [surround] to 
select  DOLBY  PL  or  SRND OFF .  
     
     Press [SHIFT] + [TEST] to output a test signal.
     Lch: front left channel
     Cch: center channel
     Rch: front right channel
     RSch: right surround channel
     LSch: left surround channel
     Press [- VOLUME +] or turn the volume knob
 
to set the normal 
     level of signal source for enjoyment.     
     
     Adjust the balance between front speakers.
     Press [L-BALANCE-R] button, choose  L  or  R .
      
     Press [    ] (for increase) or [     ] (for decrease) .
     C, RS, LS: (-10db to +6 db)
    To stop the test signals, Press [SHIFT] + [TEST] again.
To adjust speaker level during play
     
Press [SHIFT] + [CH.SELECT] to select speaker.
      
    Cch        RSch         LSch        SWch
      
      SWch: Active subwoofer 
      Press [    ] (for increase) or [     ] (for decrease) .
      C, RS, LS: (-10db to +6 db)
      SW:           (-10db to +6 db)
      
      
     Adjustment of the time delay on the surround speakers.(DOLBY
     PRO LOGIC only)
      Press [SHIFT] + [DELAY] .
      Each time when you press, the screen on the main unit will 
      display by the following order:
      
DELAY  15ms        DELAY  20ms        DELAY  30ms
