• For reception of cable channels (01 - 125), connect the cable supplied by your local cable company. The
antenna mode must be set to CABLE (see page 13, MODE).
• Certain cable systems offset some channels to reduce interference or view Premium (scrambled) channels. A cable
converter box is required for proper reception. Check with your local cable company for its compatibility requirements.
• Set the TV channel to CH3 or CH4 when using this connection.

For proper reception of VHF/UHF channels, an external antenna is required. For best reception, an outdoor
antenna is recommended. The antenna mode must be set to TV (see page 13, MODE).

When installing where there is
little space behind the TV:
(Examples: Using Wall-mounting
 bracket; installing close to a wall.)
The antenna cable may be bent and
damaged near the connector if the F-
Adapter is used for connection.
In such situations, remove the F-Adapter
and connect the antenna cable directly.
