Defining a New Audio Only Meeting Room
A Meeting Room is a conference reservation without allocated resources
whose default duration is set to 2 hours. A Meeting Room is created once, and
can be activated as many times as required.

To define a New Meeting Room:

Expand the MCU tree.

Right-click the Meeting Rooms, Entry Queues & SIP Factories icon, and
then click New Meeting Room.

The Conference Properties dialog box opens.

Define the parameters in the General and Settings tabs as described in
steps 3-15 in “Defining an On Going Audio Conference” on page 6-5.
