Defining a New Video Meeting Room
A Meeting Room is a conference reservation without resource allocation, 
whose default duration is set to 2 hours. 
To define a New Video Meeting Room:
1.
Expand the MCU tree.
2.
Right-click the Meeting Rooms, Entry Queues & SIP Factories icon, and 
then click New Meeting Room.
The Conference Properties dialog box opens.
3.
Define the parameters in the GeneralSettingsParticipants and Video 
Sources
 tabs as described in steps 2-26 in “Creating an On Going Video 
Conference” on page 7-6.
The Video Meeting Room is added to the Meeting Rooms, Entry Queues 
& SIP Factories
 list.
