Switch the machine off!

Danger due to unintentional 

starting of the machine!

Removing the bobbin case:

 

● Open the bed slide.

 

● Raise latch 1 and remove bobbin 

case 2.

Inserting the bobbin case.

 

● Insert bobbin case 2 so that it clicks into  

place.

 

● Close latch 1 and close the bed slide.

Do not operate the machine when the hook compartment cover is open!

Danger of injury from moving parts!

Threading the bobbin thread and regulating the bobbin thread tension

Switch the machine off!

● Thread the bobbin as shown in Fig. 9-04.

 

● When the thread is pulled, the bobbin 

must rotate as shown by the arrow.

 

● Regulate the bobbin thread tension on 

srew 1.
