Press [ ] key to bring up the Pop-up
menu, which has following sub-options.

Scroll the [ ] key to choose Record / Stop / Play / Save.
If you press the [SAVE] key after completing the voice recording,
you can make a brief note with the text editor, and then see the
recorded voice memo on the view list.
