The following declarations have been provided in English intentionally.
THE DEVICE YOU HAVE PURCHASED CONTAINS ONE OR MORE
SOFTWARE PROGRAMS (“PROGRAMS”) WHICH BELONG TO
INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS MACHINES CORPORATION (“IBM”).
THIS DOCUMENT DEFINES THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS UNDER
