2. Install base plate onto bolts

that held tow hooks, as shown,
replace tow hooks onto mount-
ing bolts and secure with four
new 12mm-1.75 punch lock
nuts.

3. Before tightening, tow hooks

must be pulled outward, for
safety cable hook clearance.
