The RDX® Removable Hard Disk Storage System makes your data backup easier, faster, more reliable 

and more secure. It uses a rugged, removable disk cartridge and docking station that backs up just like 

a tape drive. RDX is able to back up more than 125GB of data per hour and allows you to access files 

instantly. Cartridge capacities range from 160GB to 500GB, making storage options extremely flexible.

DAT-320 is the newest invention within the DAT family. In its seventh generation the DAT-Technology 

offers a compressed capacity of 320*GB. DAT is still well accepted in the market for professional 

backup. In total more than 9 million DAT drives have been sold and generate a strong base for future 

drives. According to its space-saving design, the DAT-320 is best for entry-level server. 

After the big success of DAT-72 the DAT-160 breathes new life into its technology. DAT-160 is the first 

DAT to use 8mm cartridges. The drive has an integrated 4mm tray, compatible to former DAT formats 

e.g. DAT-72. The DAT-160 is readable by the DAT-320 and closes the gap between former and new 

DAT development stages.

This entry-level backup device is the right choice for all who need to backup a small amount of data. 

Using 4mm standard DST/DDS media the DAT-72 is very cost effective. Based on the leading HP DAT/

DDS technology it comes with two interfaces: USB & SCSI.
