GAMEPLAY
As Spider-Man
®
, defeat the bone-crunching Bone Saw McGraw in a wrestling rumble to end all rumbles!
1. Press the START button to begin the game. Due to the HIGH SCORE MEMORY function, the scoreboard will
show you the highest score previously achieved to date at that level.
2. This game features 20 action-packed rounds, with each new round becoming increasingly more difficult. There
are a total of 3 action levels per round. The SPIDER icon will appear at the start of each round and disappear
once the round is completed. To complete a round, you must defeat Bone Saw McGraw on all 3 levels and collect
at least 2 WEB FLASH icons. When you have successfully done this, WIN will be displayed and you will advance
to the next round.
3. To Defeat Bone Saw McGraw: Press the UP, DOWN, LEFT, RIGHT, and ATTACK buttons to move, battle and
defeat Bone Saw McGraw. After having beaten Bone Saw on one level, move quickly to the far side of the ring
(sometimes to the left, sometimes to the right) and push UP. This will move you up to the next level.
NOTE: If after having beaten Bone Saw McGraw on one level, you do not move up to the next level within a quick
amount of time, he may reappear on that level and you will have to do battle with him again to advance.
4. To Collect the WEB FLASH Icons: As they appear, move Spider-Man
®
just before the icon and press the UP and
START/ATTACK buttons to jump up and grab it! If you grab it successfully, the WEB FLASH icon will be displayed
at the top of the screen. If you do not grab at least two of these icons, you will not be able to advance to the next
round even if you have defeated Bone Saw McGraw.
Hint: The WEB FLASH can appear at any time. For this reason, you should be ready to grab it at all times.
5. You have 3 chances to overpower Bone Saw McGraw. If you are overpowered three times, the game is over.
CONTINUE MODE
When the game ends, press MODE to enter into CONTINUE MODE (CON will appear on the scoreboard). You will have
two choices:
• Press the START to begin at the last round you reached in the game that just ended. Your score will reset to zero; or,
• Press MODE to exit the CONTINUE MODE.  Continue to push MODE until the skill level (‘L-1’ OR ‘L-2’) appears in the
display. As soon as you have decided upon a level, press the START button to select and begin.
SCORING
• Gain 100 - 300 points each time you defeat Bone Saw McGraw.
• Gain 200 points for collecting the WEB FLASH.
• Gain 1,000 points for winning the round.
• The maximum score you can attain is 99,900 points. Once you have reached this score, the scoreboard will reset to
display ‘000’ points and flash.
• The highest score for each skill level (‘L-1’ or ‘L-2’) appears on the scoreboard before each game starts. To erase the
previous highest score, simply push the RESET button with the tip of a pen or remove the batteries.
