(Separate the outer shell from the enclosure for installation)

1. On the passenger side, remove the factory door that covers the storage

    pocket. 

(For 1999 and newer models install included painted filler panel

    against the back edge of the storage pocket using the supplied #8 x 3/4"

    screws as shown at left.)

2. Predrill two mounting holes at the "V" shaped mounting locations in the

    enclosure.  One is located at the bottom of the enclosure below the

    woofer hole and the other is located towards the front of the enclosure

    near the seat back

3. Using the supplied 1-1/2" screws secure the enclosure to the side panel

    using the predrill these holes in the enclosure.  Make sure that you check

    for factory wiring behind the factory panel before driving the screws.

4. Hook up your speaker wire from your amp to the terminal cup on the

    bottom of the enclosure.

5. Slide the color matched outer shell onto the mounted enclosure.

6. Hook up the speaker leads to the speaker.

7. Secure the outer shell to the enclosure using the woofer and the supplied

    1" screws.

8. Place the rubber "U" channel on the edge of the edge of the painted grill

    and press the grill into the recessed grill space.

1 YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
Ai Research warrants to the original retail purchaser, this product to be free from defective workmanship and material when used under normal conditions in accordance with the product’s
printed instructions for a period of one (1) year from date of purchase.  Ai Research agrees to remedy any such defect or to furnish a new part in exchange for the defective one at no charge for
parts or labor.

This warranty is limited to Ai Research products and specifically excludes consequential damage to other associated equipment which may result for any reason from use with this product.  In no event shall
Ai Research be liable for incidental or consequential damages or have any liability with respect to defects other than the obligations set forth above.  Some states do not allow limitations on how long an
implied warranty lasts, and/or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you.  This warranty gives you specific rights and you
may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

This warranty does not cover the following:

• Damages caused by water, neglect, abuse, misuse, improper installation or operation.
• Damages caused by acts of God or nature.
• Damages occurring during shipment of the product to Ai Research for repairs.
• Any product which is modified without consent of Ai Research.
