①  Select the Keyboard after tab the arrow just besides of input panel. 

②  Input the Key with stylus on the Keyboard

From the Start menu, run Internet Connector to connect with network through WLAN. Then you can use 

internet explorer to browse the internet. 

You can turn On/Off the WLAN
