Use “AT + CKPD=”P”, 50” command to turn off MD251 module.

You can reset MD251 by driving the “system reset” pin to a low level voltage for 500ms. If
MD251 blocked in hardware or software, you can not turn off MD251 by “PWRKEY” pin
or by AT command, the only way is driving the “System reset” pin to low level for more
than 1s and then high level. The module will reset.
