The   LED changes from solid green to blinking green when you 
remove a hub from the charging bay.

Have a ball-point pen or paper clip handy; you’ll need it to reset the 
hubs.

Identify the cables.

Connect the AC9930 power adapter to the power jack on the access 
point.

Connect the USB cable to the access point.
