1. System can not find mouse device 

Check receiver cable connected to system correctly (key board connector is similar to 

PS/2 port) 

Check receiver unit LED lamp blink when PC power on 

2. Mouse cursor does not move 

Check whether battery direction correct 
Press mouse button with looking bottom side 'LOW BATT' lamp lighting (lamp 

lighting when press mouse button means low battery) 

Move receiver unit closer to mouse (RF sensitivity can be influenced by 

circumstances) 

3. Mouse cursor movement is not correct 

Clean mouse ball and roller
