 Mobile enables you to edit and view your OneNote files. 

Tap 

 

> Office Mobile > OneNote Mobile. 

1. Open OneNote Mobile (See Office Mobile-Microsoft

). 

2. Tap New. 
3.  Enter the information you want to save in the file (See Getting Started- Entering and 

).

Tap Menu>Undo/Redo to undo or redo the previous operation. 

• 

Tap Menu>Cut/Copy/Paste to edit the information.   

• 

Tap Menu>Format/List to choose the format or get the information listed. 

• 

Tap Menu>Take Picture to open the camera and take a photo to insert into the 
file. 

• 

Tap Menu>Insert Picture to select a picture stored in the device or storage card 
to insert into the file. 

• 

Tap Menu>Insert Recording to record an audio file to insert into the file. 

4. Tap Done to save the OneNote file. 

1.  Open OneNote Mobile (See Office Mobile-Microsoft

). 

2.  Tap the file you want to open it from the list. 

Note: You can only open one document at a time. You must close the opened 
document first before you open another one.
