In any text input mode, press 

  (Clear) to 

delete the last character entered, or press and hold 

  (Clear) for about 3 seconds to delete all the 

characters entered. 

 

In multi-tap input mode, repeatedly press 

 

to select and enter commonly used symbols, and 
press 

  once to enter a space and twice to 

enter 0. 

 

In predictive input mode, press 

  to display 

commonly used symbols, and press 

  to 

enter a space. 

 

In any text input mode, press 

  to access the 

symbol list. 

 

 

To enter a word in multi-tap input mode, repeatedly press 
the key labeled with each letter in the word until the desired 
letter is displayed on the screen. Then repeat this process 
until the full word is displayed. 

 

To enter a word in predictive input mode: 

1. 

Press each key once according to the spelling sequence of 
the desired word. 
The phone displays candidate words that may be spelt by 
the keystroke sequence.
