PenWrite
Allows you to turn on or off the PenWrite function while using Windows
Journal / Notepad and Sticky Notes / Memos. With PenWrite turned on, you
can rest your palm on the touch screen for easy handwriting input. You
may also set whether to show the PenWrite setting message everytime
