This device complies with part 15 of the FCC Rules. Operation is subject to the
following two conditions: (1) This device may not cause harmful interference, and (2)
this device must accept any interference received, including interference that may cause
undesired operation.
OEM/End User Information
Any modifications or changes to this intentional radiator (pen) by either the end user or
OEM that is not expressly approved by the party responsible for compliance (FinePoint
Innovations, Inc.) could void the user’s authority to operate the pen.
ATTENTION TO INSTALLER/OEM
The two above statements are required by the FCC 47CFR 15.19 and 15.21 to be put in
the final products manual along with the statement in FCC 47CFR 15.105 (Information to
the user). It is up to the Installer/OEM to fulfill this requirement or the final product
cannot be placed on the market.
