Check whether you have set Outgoing Calls to 

be barred. If this function is set, you cannot 

make a call. (You can check All Outgoing 

menu in the Call Barring menu of the Security 

menu)  

No Incoming Calls from others

Check whether you area in a service area. (If 

you are not in a service area,   will  be 

displayed on the screen).

Check whether you have set Incoming Calls to 

be barred. If this function is set, you cannot 

receive calls. (You can check the option “All 

Incoming” in the Call Barring menu of the 

Security menu)
