Scroll left or right to the desired picture and press

Scroll to an unassigned speed dial location entry
and press Set.

Scroll through the Contact List to the entry to be
assigned the number and press the center

When prompted, select Yes to confirm your
selection.
set default number
Set the primary number for an entry with multiple
numbers. This will be the number your phone shows
when listing Contact List entries.

Scroll to the entry and press Options, then select Edit
Contact.

Scroll to the number to be set as the default
number and press Options, then select Set as Default.
