Display

View printing options, printer status, and error messages.

Arrow buttons

Scroll through the menus or move between screens and menu options.

Select button

Select menu options.

Save the settings.

Redial button

View the last number dialed.

Address book button

View the stored addresses.

Keypad

Enter numbers or symbols in an input field.

Power button

Turn on or turn off the printer.

Note: To turn off the printer, press and hold the power button for five seconds.

Stop or Cancel button Stop the current printer task.

Start button

Start a printer task, depending on which mode is selected.

Pause button

Place a dial pause in a fax number.

Backspace button

Move the cursor backward and delete a character in an input field.

Fax button

Send faxes.

Indicator light

Check the printer status.

Back button

Return to the previous screen.

Home button

Go to the home screen.

Off

The printer is off or in Hibernate mode.

Blue

The printer is ready or processing data.

Red

The printer requires user intervention.
