You can send text message from within the contact list after selecting the contact and pressing the Menu key. 

1.  From the Home screen, press the left soft key 

 [Start]. 

2.  Select Contacts and press OK. 
3.  Select a contact, and press OK. 

4.  Press the right soft key [Menu] 

and select Send Text Message. 

5.  Compose your message, and press the left soft key 

 Send. 

You may want to change or update contact information once it has already been entered. Do this from the 
Contacts menu of the Home screen. 

1.  In the Home screen, press the left soft key 

 [Start]. 

2.  Select Contacts and press OK. 
3.  Select a contact, and press OK. 

4.  Press the right soft key [Menu] 

select [Edit] and press OK. 

5.  When finished making changes, press [Done]. 

You may wish to add a picture to a contact record. You can add an existing picture, or you can put the phone 
in Camera mode to take the picture and add it to the contact. 

1.  In the Home screen, press the left soft key 

 [Start]. 

2.  Select Contacts and press OK. 
3.  Select a contact, and press OK. 

4.  Press the right soft key [Menu] 

select [Edit] and press OK. 

5.  Using the Navigation Key, scroll down to Picture. 

 
Do one of the following:  

•  Select the picture you want to add. 

•  Press Camera and take a picture. 

Once a picture is attached to a contact, it can easily be removed or changed from the Contacts menu by 
using the soft-key and editing the field. 

1.  In the Home screen, press the left soft key 

 [Start]. 

2.  Select Contacts and press OK. 
3.  Select a contact, and press OK. 

4.  Press the right soft key [Menu] 

 select [Edit] and press OK. 

5.  Press Remove Picture.
