When your phone's USB data cable is connected, the phone can be 

used as U-disk, modem, and network cameras through the menu option 

U disk function: You can use your computer to access, manage files 

on the phone.   

Modem: You can set the phone modem.   

Network Camera: You can use the phone as a webcam. 

No additional program except the modem feature needs to be installed. 

It can be used when you want to.   

You can find the settings in the modem card software. Please use the 

transmission line to connect the phone and computer, and choose to do 

the modem, then use the recommendations of the computer operating 

system, the installation wizard, select the software on a storage card, 

complete the installation. You can be the computer's Device Manager, see 

the Modem project, and view whether its driver software has been 

installed.
