Problem
The alarm was not called after a six-beat episode of SV-TACH.

Correction
For an alarm to be called for SV-TACH, the episode must consist of 8 Supraventricu-
lar ectopic beats at a rate of 150 BPM or greater. Remember the arrhythmia system
does 6 beat averaging.
