TROUBLESHOOTING 
 
You might have programmed VOICE NO in the 
menu.    Change the setting to Voice YES 
The automatic voice feature 
does not work 
The speaker volume is too low.    Increase the 
speaker volume 
VOLUME
 
Check that the caller id service is being provided by 
your telephone operator 
Talking caller id does not 
work 
For the talking caller ID it is necessary to have 
VOICE activated in the programming. 
The lcd and the voice 
language do not match 
Check that in the voice language is set correctly.   
Note that not every language on the LCD has a 
corresponding Voice language. 
In this case, set the VOICE to VOICE NO (see 
paragraph) 
Reset procedure 
Reset the unit by removing the power supply, the 
batteries and the telephone line for 20 minutes and 
then power on again. 
 
This procedure will not erase any of the numbers in 
memory or of the user recorded messages.
