Please check the following before calling for service:
1. Place one cup of water in a glass measuring cup in the oven and close the door securely.

If “NO” is the answer to any of the above questions, please check electrical outlet, fuse and/or circuit breaker.

If time appearing in the display is counting down very rapidly, check DEMONSTRATION MODE on page

and cancel.
2. If the oven is set for more than 20 minutes at MICRO 100 percent power level, after the first 20
minutes the power level will automatically adjust itself to 70 percent power to avoid overcooking.
