Setting up your camera for the first time in 
two steps.
1. Connect your camera to a power source 
using the supplied Micro-USB cable.
2. The “Charger Status LED” turns green, 
when your camera is fully charged. While 
it's charging, “Charger Status LED” turns 
orange.
1. Find the microSD slot located at the 
bottom of the camera.
2. Insert a microSD card with the gold-plated 
side facing the same direction as the lens.
3. The card will make a slight clicking sound, 
when it’s securely inserted.

Powering on your camera
Taking photo
1. Press the “Shutter Button”.
2. The “Camera Status LED” will flash red, and your camera 
will beep.
Recording video
1. Press and hold the “Shutter Button” until recording 
starts.  
2. The “Camera Status LED” will keep flashing red while 
recording. You'll also hear camera beep. 
3. Press the “Shutter Button” again to stop recording.  
4. The “Camera Status LED” will keep flashing green, and 
your camera beeps again.
Recording video clip
1. Press and hold the “Shutter Button” until recording 
starts.
2. The “Camera Status LED” will keep flashing red while 
recording. You'll also hear camera beep twice.
3. Release the “Shutter Button” to stop recording, and 
your camera beeps again.
4. The “Camera Status LED” will keep flashing green.
On your camera
1. Confirm that camera is powered on.
2. Press the “Power/Wi-Fi Button” to turn on Wi-Fi. The 
“Camera Status LED” will keep flashing blue for 3 
seconds, and camera enables Wi-Fi connection for 
120 seconds.
On your phone
1. Press the Home button, and then tap Settings > Wi-Fi.
2. Be sure that Wi-Fi is on, and then select the name of 
your camera from the list. By default, the name will 
be something like “CAM…”.
3. Enter the default password 12345678, and then tap 
Join or Connect.
4.Press the Home button, and then tap the camera app 
icon NeoMe on your phone.

2. Search for NeoMe app.
3. Tape Free > Install to download and install the camera 
app.

For product available in the USA/Canada market, only channel 
1~11 can be operated. Selection of other channels is not 
possible.
Exposure Statement: 
1.  Simply press the “Power/Wi-Fi Button” 
to power on your camera.
2.  The “Camera Status LED” will keep 
flashing green.
3.  Simply shake your camera motion 
sensor to instantly power on it, if it idles 
over 50 seconds and enters sleep mode 
automatically.
4.  Motion sensor will not power on your 
camera, if it idles over 50 seconds for 
three times without any operation.
