GOVERNEMENTAL REGULATIONS
This device complies with part 15 of the FCC Rules. Operation is
subject to the following two conditions:
1. This device may not cause harmful interference.
2. This device must accept any interference received, including
interference that may cause undesired operation.
This equipment has been tested and found to comply with the limits
for a Class B digital device, pursuant to part 15 of the FCC Rules.
These limits are designed to provide reasonable protection against
harmful interference in a residential installation. This equipment
generates and can radiate radio frequency energy and, if not
installed and used in accordance with the instructions, may cause
harmful interference to radio communications. However, there
is no guarantee that interference will not occur in a particular
installation. If this equipment does cause harmful interference to
radio or television reception, which can be determined by turning
the equipment off and on, the user is encouraged to try to correct the
interference by one or more of the following measures:
• Reorient or relocate the receiving antenna.
• Increase the separation between the equipment and receiver.
• Connect the equipment into an outlet on a circuit different from
that to which the receiver is connected.
• Consult the dealer or an experienced radio/TV technician for
help.
This device complies with the Industry Canada Radio Standards
Specification RSS 210. Its use is authorized only on a no-
interference, no-protection basis; in other words, this device must
not be used if it is determined that it causes harmful interferences
to services authorized by IC. In addition, the user of this device
must accept any radio interface that may be received, even if this
interference could affect the operation of the device.
WARNING ! Changes or modifications not expressly approved by
the party responsible for compliance could void the user’s authority
to operate this device.
INSTALLATION DIAGRAM
Ensure that the kit contains all of the parts listed below before proceeding the installation:

• Inspect all parts of the product to detect any
visible anomaly.
• Check the connections of the detector and the
receiver, then repeat the programming steps and
tests procedure.
• Contact your retailer to get additional information
and technical support.
1-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
During one year from the date of purchase, iARM
promises to repair or replace with a reconditioned
similar device, a part which presents an anomaly
of material or a manufacturing defect if the product
has been installed and used in normal conditions.
This warranty is non-transferable and is
automatically void if a part of the product has
been modified or used in a manner contrary to its
intended purpose or if it has been damaged by
causes not araising out of defect in materials or
manufacturing.
iARM rejects any responsibility and cannot be held
responsible on account for any direct or indirect
damage resulting from a wrong installation, wrong
use or lack of maintenance of the device.

A. INSTALLING THE DETECTOR
Position in the room:
WARNING! Depending on the gas type to detect,
the detector must be installed according to the
following recommendations to guarantee the best
efficiency :
For PROPANE GAS
For NATURAL GAS

Installing the detector:
1. Connect the adapter to the power supply port
of the detector.
2. Connect the adapter in a wall socket.
3. Place correctly the detector according to the
gas type to detect and stick it to the wall by
removing adhesive protections pre-installed at
the back of the case.
4. Align the adapter wire and stick it on the wall
with the supplied wire clamps.
5. The LED will turn on after few warming seconds.
B. INSTALLING THE RECEIVER
Placement on the alarm unit center:
The receiver must be installed according to the
following recommendations to receive correctly the
signal emitted by the detector :

The antenna must be over
the top of the central unit.
Installing the receiver:
1. Connect the 5-pin wire to the receiver connector.
2. Place correctly the receiver on the outside of the
alarm central unit according to the indicated rules
and stick it by removing adhesive protection pre-
installed at the back of the receiver.
3. Connect each wire in the alarm central unit its
adequate place (refer to the connection wire
diagram in the Receiver Installation Diagram
section).

C. PROGRAMMING
To program a detector:
1. Press simultaneously the STOP button of the detector
and the Programming button of the receiver until
the LED of the receiver flashes.
2. Release the buttons.
WARNING!
If the LED of the receiver does not flash, it indicates
that the detector is already programmed and ready to
operate.
Note: You can program up to 4 detectors with
one receiver. To add another detector, repeat the
programming instructions.
D. TESTS
To trigger and stop the alarm:
1. Approach a gas lighter close to the sensing area
and let leak some gas.
2. The LED of the detector flashes and the siren of the
detector rings. A RF signal is sent to activate the
alarm of the central unit.
3. Press the STOP button on the detector to deactivate
the siren of the detector. The LED keeps flashing
until the gas is fully scattered.
4. Stop the central unit alarm by referring to its user
guide.
This product allows you to detect the presence of
natural gas or propane in the room where it is
installed. This detector guarantees you a higher
safety to reduce the risks of asphyxiation and faint
due to the gas in the room.
