1. PHONEMAX warrants to the original purchaser that PHONEMAX is free from defects in 

    material and workmanship under normal use and service for the period commencing upon 

    the date of purchase and continuing for the warranty period specifies below:

    a. Transceiver-12months

    b. LCD-12 months

    c. Accessories,i.e.battery,charger,USB cable-6 months

    d. This warranty is null and void if any alterations or repairs or attempted repairs or attempted 

    repairs were carried out by any party other than a PHONEMAX authorised service center

2.The warranty does not cover damage resulting from:

    a. Normal wear & tear

    b. Usage other than in a accordance with operating manual

    c. Issue, abuse, negligence,accicendertal set dropped,or other acts which are beyond reasonable 

    control of PHONEMAX.

    d. Rought handling or transportation.

    e. Improper installation, hardware or illegal sofware alteration and modification

    f. Phone locked of security code

    g. Set burned

    h. Battery out of shape

    i. Damage caused by fire,earthquake,flood,water or liquid corrosion,or acts of god

3. This warranty will be null and void in any of the following events：

     a. If  the serial number of warranty seal on the product has altered or removed.

     b. If any term contained in this warranty card has been altered or modified in any way without 

     the prior written comsent of PHONEMAX.

4. Purchaser shall retain this warranty card and original proof of purchase at all time. Repair or 

    request for replacement within the warranty period without producting this warranty card and 

    the original proof of purchase will not be entertained

5. In the event of defects covered by this warranty arising during the warranty period，the product 

    should be sent to the authorized service centre at the expenses of the purchaser

6. This warranty does not cover finishers，consumables，consumable part and cleaning. It also 

    does not cover poor performance due to bad reception of handphone signal as a result of blind 

    spot on in areas with poor signal penetration. 

7. PHONEMAX shall not liable if during the repair of the product the contents in the products

    data storage media were altered，deleted，or in any way modified，also PHONEMAX shall 

    not liable if during repair of the product any decorative items or screen protector is damaged. 

8. This warranty does not cover general product maintenance，demonstration，installation，

     routine servicing，calibration and customisation of the product. 

10. PHONEMAX reserves the right to add. Delete or amend the terms and conditions and without 

      prior notice.

9. This warranty is in lieu of any, and all other warranties expresses or implied,specially including 

    any implied  warranty of merchantability of fitness for a particular purpose PHONEMAX 

    assumes no liability for the breach of the warranty beyond correcting the breach in the manner 

    described above.In no event shall PHONEMAX be consequential loss or damages，including 

    loss of use or loss profits resulting from the product.
