related accessories. We need to advise you, however, of some legal limitations, restrictions, and 
warnings that apply to the use of our products. We ask that you respect the rules described below.  

THE CUSTOMER'S EXCLUSIVE REMEDY FOR BREACH OF ANY EXPRESS OR 
IMPLIED WARRANTY OR OF ANY OTHER OBLIGATION ARISING BY OPERATION 
OF LAW OR OTHERWISE SHALL BE LIMITED AS SPECIFIED HEREIN TO REPAIR OR 
REPLACEMENT, AT OUR SOLE OPTION. IN NO EVENT SHALL LE VISE BE LIABLE 
FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL 
DAMAGES OF ANY KIND WHATSOEVER WITH RESPECT TO THE PRODUCT OR 
SERVICE. 

WARNINGS 

  CHOKING HAZARD - This product contains small parts that may cause choking.  Keep 

small parts away from pets and small children. 

  This product is NOT intended to replace proper supervision of children. 

  This device is not intended for use as a medical monitor. 

  Check reception regularly.  Test signal, battery, and volume of alarm before use.  Always 

make sure that both the transmitter and receiver are working property and within range of 
each other. 

  The operation of the device may be affected when battery power is low.  Check batteries 

regularly. 

  The wireless signal transfer range may be shortened if there exists an obstacle such as a 

concrete wall between the child and the signal receiving device. 

  Ambient noise may restrict your ability to hear the device alarm.  Always make sure that 

you are able to hear the alarm in your location before use. 

  Always ensuxre the App is activated on your phone. 

  Check frequently to ensure BuddyTag App is activated on your phone and connected to 

BuddyTag device on your child.
