FCC and IC Statements 
The ME401-9 product contains radio transmitters that comply with CFR 47 Part 15, Part 22 
and Part 24 of the FCC rules and with RSS-GEN, RSS-102, RSS-132, RSS-133 and RSS-
210 of Industry Canada requirements. 
 
Statements according to CFR 47 Part 15.19 / RSS-210: 
The ME401-9 product complies with Part 15 of the FCC rules and RSS-210 of Industry 
Canada. Operation is subject to the following two conditions: 
 

(1) This device may not cause harmful interference, and 
 
(2) This device must accept any interference received, including interference 

that may cause undesired operation. 

 

Statements according to CFR 47 Part 15.21: 
Changes or modifications made to this equipment not expressly approved by Nilfisk
