against harmful interference in a residential installation. This equipment generates, uses and can radiate radio frequency energy and, if not installed and used in accordance with the instructions, 

may cause harmful interference to radio communications. However, there is no guarantee that interference will not occur in a particular installation. If this equipment does cause harmful 

interference to radio or television reception, which can be determined by turning the equipment off and on, the user is encouraged to try to correct the interference by one or more of the following

Retrieve your welcome email from NantHealth. This email 

contains your username and password.

Using your Bluetooth®-enabled mobile device, download 

the NantHealth DeviceConX Mobile™ app from either

the Google Play™ store or Apple App Store®.

Once the application is installed, launch it and log in with 

your username and password.

 

1. Select Add Device

 

2. Select GlowCap

 

3. Open and close the GlowCap

 

4. Select your GlowCap once it appears in the

 

    available list

 

5. If desired, rename your GlowCap

 

    Note: Each GlowCap should have a unique name.

Access the URL provided in your welcome email by 

clicking it, or by copying and pasting it into your browser’s 

navigation bar, to review your information, track your 

usage, and make changes to your schedule.

• It is important to take all medications (prescribed and over-the-counter) in accordance with your healthcare provider’s exact instructions. Please consult your healthcare provider before taking 

any medications and consult the drug manufacturer’s guidelines to ensure your safety and well being.

• Please make sure that the information entered in your GlowCap account is accurate and up-to-date. 
• Do not load the GlowCap with any medications not prescribed to the intended end user.
• Do not pour liquid/gel medications directly into the GlowCap.
• Please make sure the GlowCap is properly labeled. 
• Please make sure that the GlowCap lid is properly secured. 
• Please keep the GlowCap away from children and pets.
• Do not permit unauthorized or untrained individuals to program, load, or use the GlowCap. 
• Do not misuse, abuse, alter, neglect, or attempt to repair the GlowCap. Any tampering or modification to the GlowCap will void the limited warranty. 
• Do not reuse the GlowCap for other medications or prescriptions.
