For EMS programs:

When using the device for muscle stimulation (EMS) any of the 6 programs may be used. The intent is to cause a muscle to
contract, and then release. All 6 programs will achieve contraction and vary mainly by the rate and duration of the
contractions. As with any exercise regiment, start out slowly with low intensity levels for a warm-up (5~10min). You may
increase intensity level and treatment time as you progress with your muscle performance. Use the device regularly over a
longer period of time as to maintain the benefit you may have gained during “exercise”.
