Installation of the CrystalLink Serial extender is a fast and 
easy process.  

1.  Connect an RS232 serial cable from the transmitter to 

the computer or serial source 

2.  Connect the CAT5e cable from the transmitter to the 

receiver  

3.  Connect the receiver to the RS232 (Serial) device 
4.  Connect the power adapter to the transmitter
