The pcProx 125 kHz and pcProx 13.56 MHz Card Analyzers are intelligent portable tools used for identifying a  

proximity and contactless smart card’s compatible reader. The Card Analyzers identify the card technology being used 

and determine the compatible RF IDeas readers.

These Card Analyzers help users, solutions providers, and hardware/software integrators to quickly and accurately  

determine the card technology currently in use. They report the compatible RF IDeas reader part number, card size, and 

ID in hexadecimal format.  Like RF IDeas’ pcProx Enroll readers, the Card Analyzers support more than 38 different card 

types for over 300 million physical access cards worldwide. 

The Card Analyzers check across all supported cards and send the results as keystrokes to a text editor, such as 

Microsoft

®

 Notepad. The analyzers do not require any software and are compatible with nearly all computer operating 

systems that support USB keyboard devices. 

The pcProx Card Analyzers are designed in a USB dongle form factor for compactness and portability. Each version is 

also color-coded in translucent housings to distinguish them from each other. A kit is available that includes one pcProx 

125 kHz and one pcProx 13.56 MHz Card Analyzer to ensure card identification regardless of frequency. 

Note: The pcProx 13.56 MHz Card Analyzer is not able to secure sector or page reads. RF IDeas offers pcProx Writers and Playback readers that
