New support for 64-bit extensions
through Intel® EM64T helps protect
server investments by supporting both
32- and 64-bit applications. EM64T
provides outstanding performance by
allowing operating systems and appli-
cations to physically address more
memory. To take advantage of this, the
x336 supports eight DIMM slots for a
maximum of 16GB
