 Put the coupling unit on the chopper bowl (Fig. 7).

 Fasten the motor unit onto the chopper bowl (‘click’) (Fig. 8).

 Press the normal speed button or the turbo speed button to 

switch on the appliance. 

 

, If the ingredients stick to the wall of the chopper bowl, loosen 

them with a spatula or by adding liquid.

 

, After processing one batch, let the appliance cool down to room 

temperature before you continue processing. 
Whisk (HR1372 only)

The whisk is intended for whipping cream, whisking egg whites, desserts 

etc.

 Connect the whisk to the coupling unit (‘click’) (Fig. 9).

 Connect the coupling unit to the motor unit (‘click’) (Fig. 10).

 Put the ingredients in a bowl.

 To prevent splashing, set the speed selector to a low setting and
